Print the panel face-up, no supports if the back is flat.
Use translucent white filament and diffuse LEDs behind the entire photo. A light shining only into the bottom edge will not reproduce this backlit effect.
Default 0.8 mm channels transmit more light than the photo. Preview glow is a simulation; material, layer height and lighting need a test print. No optical match has been physically validated.
