Design tools and local files

The six design studios generate print files in your browser. Photos and logos used by those editors are processed locally. Downloaded projects/files and browser-held drafts remain under your control; closing a tab can lose unsaved changes. A settings snapshot does not store the original photo/logo or a downloadable STL/3MF binary.

Account and private records

Where sign-in is configured, Firebase Authentication handles email/password accounts and verification. Do not send passwords through support messages. Private settings, sales, support records and staff notes require separately connected server services; unavailable controls do not save them. Production private records are not activated by this UI release. When connected, account requests use server-verified identities and owner-scoped records.

Pinterest and other providers

Pinterest is not connected. LumaMeld currently receives no Pinterest OAuth tokens or account data and publishes no Pins. Planned provider access and data handling must be documented and reviewed before activation. Stripe checkout, domain registration, public order intake and binary cloud storage are also not activated by this release.

Hosting, retention and your choices

Vercel hosts this application; Firebase provides configured authentication. These providers may process operational request/security metadata. This notice does not promise zero logs or a retention period that has not been configured and verified. No Analytics service was configured as part of this setup.

Keep your own backups of downloaded projects. Browser site-data clearing can remove locally stored settings. Account/private-record deletion procedures and a verified public request channel must be finalized before wider account/data activation.
